MARRYING WELL

During a wedding ceremony, intending couples make this vow. "I take you to be my wedded wife/husband, and I do promise and covenant, before God and these witnesses, to be your loving faithful husband/wife to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, untill death do us part.

Marital vow is a lifelong promise to God and to the married couples. In our present day society, I am not sure if young couples really understand the seriousness of the wedding vow. This lack of understanding has resulted in gross infidelity, failed marriages, and rampant divorces.

The truth is, when we follow God's counsel on marriage, you are sure to enjoy a blessed and blissful marriage.
